What we enforce on every school event booking

No alcohol, smoking or vaping. Not negotiable, and our chauffeurs enforce it.
Agreed itinerary only. We go where the booking says. Route changes require the parent who booked to approve them.
Confirmed drop-off. Students go where the booking states, not wherever the evening drifts toward.
Direct line to the driver. Parents get contact details and updates through the night.
Vetted chauffeurs. Background checked, licensed, and used to working with school groups.

If any of that is a problem for the group, we are not the right service for them. Most parents find that reassuring rather than restrictive.

How Prom Night Usually Works

When to Book

School event transport books out earlier than almost anything else we do, because entire year groups book the same night.

Homecoming, September and October. Book three to four weeks out. Weekend dates go first.
Prom, April and May. Book six to eight weeks out. The larger vehicles go earliest.
Popular Saturdays. Multiple schools often share a date, so availability disappears quickly.

Booking early costs nothing and secures the vehicle size you actually want rather than whatever is left.

Questions Parents Ask

Are your drivers background checked? Yes. Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and background checked. Our drivers are experienced with school events and know what is expected.

What is your alcohol policy? Zero tolerance. No alcohol, smoking or vaping in our vehicles at any time, and our chauffeurs enforce it.

Will I know where my child is? Yes. We provide the driver's contact details and confirm pickup and drop-off, so you are not guessing.

Can the students change the plan on the night? No. We follow the itinerary agreed at booking. Any change has to come from the parent who made the booking.

How much does it cost? We quote a flat rate before you book, based on the group size, vehicle and itinerary. No surge pricing and no charges added afterwards.

How far ahead should I book? Three to four weeks for homecoming, six to eight for prom. Larger vehicles go first.

What if the group runs late? Tell the driver. On hourly bookings we simply stay with the group, and we will always contact you if plans slip.

It was hands down the most convenient way to attend a concert. We were picked up at our hotel and had plenty of time to tailgate prior to the show. When it was over we were picked up at the designated meeting area and driven back to our hotel in Cherry Creek. Highly recommend if you are looking for a stress free Red Rocks experience!! Will definitely use again.
